Year 10 Building & Construction

This course has been developed to enable students to gain knowledge, skills and confidence in the workshop environment using wood materials. The students will be taught how to apply a wide variety of processes to make a range of projects.

Throughout the year students will use and develop design skills to solve and meet the requirements of a design brief.

This course will form a sound basis on which to prepare for NCEA Level One Technology in Building, Construction, and Allied Trades Skills.
